I worked with Vitality as our testing partner on a television production and they were fantastic! Their team was able to handle testing 5 days per week for a crew of over 700, along with VIP service for our cast and executives providing testing at their homes and through the mail. There was never a request they couldn’t handle and communication was always fast and friendly. They were very fast in getting the results back to us (in the same day) and Rod was so nice to give us his direct number in case we had a question. Everything went very smoothly. The only negative point is the price. It’s high. We paid $250 each. But we did get excellent service and since the tests are not sent out (they do them on site) we knew they couldn’t get lost or be delayed. That was a comfort to know before our international flight.
Vitality always gets my family members and me in as soon as possible. Facility is clean and professional, appointment is quick, and staff is so very kind and informative. They also went out of their way to help my daughter feel more at ease.

Where will my laboratory tests be performed?
Vitality Express Labs partners with accredited and certified high complexity laboratories such as Quest. Your laboratory tests will be performed at one of these trusted facilities, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
Why are you cheaper than the lab or my doctor?
We have established partnerships with certified labs and negotiated competitive pricing for our customers. By operating directly and eliminating unnecessary overhead costs, we pass those savings on to you.
Do you accept insurance?
Vitality Express Labs operates on a direct-to-consumer payment model and does not accept insurance. We strive to provide affordable pricing for our lab tests, often at a fraction of the cost you might find elsewhere.
Where do I review my results?
Once your lab test is complete, you will receive an email notification with instructions on accessing your results. Results also can be shared via secure encrypted email.
Do I need a doctor order or see a doctor?
No, you do not need to see a physician to order a lab test through Vitality Express Labs. We have a network of healthcare professionals and we utilize the same laboratories that healthcare providers and hospitals use. These labs are CLIA certified and regulated by government agencies. Our service allows you to save time and money, while obtaining accurate lab results that you can share with your doctor or healthcare provider.
